Utility Engineering

United Engineers, Inc.  (UEI) believes that the process of Utility Engineering reduces time and costs involved in project development for all parties involved by identifying risks early in the design phase. Sub Surface Utility Engineering (SUE) is an engineering process that has been used primarily by State and Local transportation departments, design consultants, and utility companies to locate existing subsurface utilities with a high degree of accuracy and comprehensiveness. UEI can attribute its success to its ability to forecast potential conflicts that might occur and troubleshooting them effectively.  We provide additional SUE services including utility mapping at appropriate SUE Quality Levels (A-D), utility design and relocation, communication of utility data, and utility agreement preparation. United Engineers maintains a standard of quality services to minimize incidents of lost service and damages caused by cut cables or damaged pipelines.
